Every unit is a certified used phone that has passed professional inspection: healthy battery, no cracks or dents (light surface scratches allowed).

If a major component (battery, display, camera, mainboard) fails within 180 days of purchase, we replace the device 1:1 with the same model at no charge.

For initial defects or exchange and return issues, we operate a 1:1 replacement with the same model.

Devices are graded by condition: A > A- > B+ > B > C > D. We only sell grade A, A-, B+ and B units.

For used phones we prioritise device condition over colour when sourcing and inspecting. Colour is therefore not selectable and ships at random based on stock.
